Hedonism (n.): The pursuit of pleasure—vilified under systems that fear the body, shamed by cultures that mistake aliveness for sin, but in truth, a biological imperative rooted in nature’s design.

Hedonism is only immoral under the assumption of patriarchy & capitalism.

In nature, it’s order.

In somatics, it’s regulation.

In this work, it’s your

Compass.

You know your body was never meant to feel this far away.

If you’re here you’re being called back into your body,
to reclaim your pleasure,

maybe even to dismantle the very systems that taught you to distance yourself from your body in the first place.

You’re in the right place if you’re navigating:

  • Pain during sex or internal exams

  • Vaginismus or pelvic floor tension

  • Numbness, shutdown, or disconnection during intimacy

  • Low or absent desire—especially when nothing “fixes” it

  • Erectile dysfunction or performance anxiety

  • Trouble orgasming (or never having one at all)

  • Feeling touched out or dissociated during sex

  • Avoidance of intimacy after trauma or birth

  • Shame around your genitals, arousal, or pleasure

  • Feeling like you missed the memo on how to feel sexy or sexual

  • A deep longing to feel more, but not knowing where to begin

This is where you don’t have to fake your pleasure or brace through pain.

Where “low desire” isn’t something to fix—but a signal that your body is tired of being ignored.

Where you stop wondering if you’re broken, and start realizing you’ve just been disconnected.

Where wanting more—more closeness, more sensation, more turn-on—isn’t shameful.

It’s human. It’s natural.
It’s hedonism—not the kind sold to you by patriarchy or porn,
but the kind that’s rooted in your biology,
guided by your body,
and finally, finally safe to follow.

Something in you is reaching

through the numbness,
through the
sterilized sex,
through the
pelvic pain,
the
lack of a sex drive,
the constant
misattunement with your partner, or your body.

But, the truth is, your body remembers something the world taught you to forget:
🌱 That sex should feel like soil.
💨 That intimacy should feel like breathing.
✨ That pleasure isn’t extra—it’s your blueprint.

You’re not broken.
You’re just a sensitive 𓁹, cyclical 💫, magical 🔮 being in a world that taught you to shut down.
Your body is nature—and it’s time we started treating it that way.

client love:

Nicole is a very kind, nonjudgmental, and unique practitioner. Unique in that - you know her heart is in it fully. She truly cares about her clients, and as a practitioner myself (albeit in a different, but connected field), the level of her expertise and the depth of her commitment is rare.

While I thought I would come to Nicole and learn about how to make myself orgasm, or like sex I didn’t want, I came to realize through the program that I was missing the point completely. The point of all of this, at least for me, was to learn to actually feel into my body, to ask for what I wanted, and *most importantly* to learn how to listen to my body. You’d be surprised, especially if you are a female, how much shame is attached to not only asking for what you want, but to listening to yourself about what you want. Asking for what you want, for what you need, gives you the keys back to yourself and is the true gateway to pleasure. It’s hard to learn those skills though in a regular relationship, with rules, expectations, and, let’s be honest, baggage.

The secret to great sex and pleasure isn’t so much technique as it is being your best advocate. This program teaches you to be that.

This journey has led me down a path I didn’t expect; and now that I see it I can’t turn back. And that isn’t an ominous change, it is a welcome one; for the first time in my life I feel more connected to myself. There were many unexpected tears, hidden revelations, and times of immense growth. To find someone nurturing to help you with such sensitive material is a gift.

Nicole was that gift for me.
