Sexological bodywork®

The only modality that bridges the gap between talk therapy, hands-on touch, and the often pathologized view of the body’s natural processes—offering a systems-informed, body-led approach to healing sexual trauma, exploring pleasure, and reclaiming erotic wholeness.

What Is Sexological Bodywork®?

Sexological Bodywork® is a modality unlike any other.

It’s the missing piece for so many who’ve tried therapy, read the books, done the workshops—but still feel stuck in their bodies, cut off from pleasure, haunted by shame, or confused about what healing actually feels like.

  • It’s for the woman whose body holds more than words can reach.

  • For the man who’s tired of performing pleasure and wants to finally feel it.

  • For the queer, trans, kinky, neurodivergent, or poly person who’s never felt fully met in their erotic truth.

  • For the human who is ready to stop analyzing and start embodying.

Sexological Bodywork bridges the gap between therapy and touch.

It’s a certified modality governed by the ACSB (The Association of Certified Sexological Bodyworkers) and practiced by trained professionals who complete rigorous education in anatomy, somatic coaching, trauma-informed care, erotic embodiment, and hands-on bodywork. Practitioners are bound by a professional code of ethics, and all sessions are guided by consent, boundaries, and client-led pacing.

This is not talk therapy.

This is not a massage.

This is not about fixing what’s “broken.”

This is about coming home.

Why the Body/touch/somatics?

Because healing doesn’t happen in the mind alone.

Insight is important—but it’s not integration.

True change lives in the body. It lives in the breath you hold when you feel too much, in the clench of your jaw when you want to say no but say yes instead, in the numbness that protected you for so long you forgot what it means to feel.

Research in somatics and Sexological Bodywork backs this up:
📊 In a 2015 study, 82% of clients reported greater body awareness, 74% experienced more satisfying sex, and 68% said they felt healing around past sexual trauma after working with a certified Sexological Bodyworker.

This is not about becoming more “functional.”

It’s about becoming more you.

More attuned. More alive. More free.

What Happens in a Session?

A session is not something done to you. It’s something created with you.

You stay in the driver's seat.

You choose what’s explored. You give (and revoke) consent. You set the pace.

Sessions may include:

  • Guided somatic awareness and body mapping

  • Breathwork, sound, and conscious movement

  • Nervous system regulation tools

  • Genital mapping (with full consent and gloves)

  • Touch for arousal, healing, curiosity—or simply presence

  • Repatterning how you relate to pleasure, boundaries, and sensation

There’s no performance here.

No pressure.

Just a sacred space to meet the parts of you that are ready to come alive.

Who Is This For?

Sexological Bodywork is for anyone longing for more truth and aliveness in their relationship to sex, intimacy, and embodiment.

It may be right for you if:

  • You carry shame about your body, your desires, or your sexual past

  • You feel stuck in numbness, dissociation, or performance during sex

  • You’ve experienced sexual trauma and want a safe, body-based path forward

  • You crave erotic aliveness but aren’t sure how to access it

  • You’re curious about what pleasure could feel like on your own terms

Whether you’re healing, exploring, reclaiming, or discovering—this work meets you right where you are.

Want to explore if this is the right approach for you?

What to Expect

Whether you’re brand new to this work or you’ve been on a long healing journey, here’s what the process typically looks like:

Before your session

You’ll receive an intake form and resources to help you get clear on your needs, curiosities, and boundaries. There’s space to name any fears or past experiences you want me to hold with care.

During your session

We move slowly, collaboratively, and intentionally. Every piece—from breath to touch to movement—is offered with full consent. I’ll guide you, but you’ll always lead. You don’t have to be “ready” or know what you want. That’s part of what we discover together.

After your session

We’ll take time to integrate. This may mean journaling prompts, somatic homework, or simply resting. Many people feel tender, open, or activated. That’s normal—and part of the healing. I’m here to support your aftercare process, too.

My Approach

I don’t believe in fixing you. I believe in gently reintroducing you to the parts of yourself you had to tuck away—often for very good reasons.

Your body has always been wise. The ways it holds, protects, dissociates, or yearns are not wrong—they’re intelligent responses to the world around you. And in a culture that so often disconnects us from our bodies, especially through gendered expectations, systemic harm, and fear of pleasure, it makes perfect sense to feel uncertain about coming home to yourself.

My work is grounded in the intelligence of nature and the impact of the systems we live within. Just like the seasons, healing isn’t linear. It spirals. It returns. It deepens. I hold space for that natural unfolding.

I bring together training in Sexological Bodywork®, somatics, trauma repair, nervous system science, and sacred intimacy—but at the heart of it all is presence. Quiet, attuned, loving presence. A space where you can listen to your body without judgment, and feel what’s been waiting to be felt.

This is not about high performance.

It’s not about pushing past your edge.

It’s about meeting yourself—in safety, in sensation, in stillness, in pleasure.

And remembering you were never broken to begin with.

You don’t have to know exactly what you need.
You just have to say yes to starting where you are.

I'm Nicole,

Certified Sexological Bodywork(R), Trauma-informed professional, and wannabe ecologist

And I’ve devoted my life to building sanctums for magical beings like you—

  • spaces that strike the nuanced chord of spiritual without bypass,

  • sexual without performance,

  • and embodied without commodification.

Spaces rooted in the deep, organic logic of nature— where your body is not a problem to fix, but a living, breathing ecosystem with its own rhythms, intelligence, and belonging.

The people I work with vibrate on a frequency most of the world doesn’t even know exists.

We thrive in multiplicity.

We speak paradox fluently.

We know the ripest truths are found in liminal spaces—the cracks where old stories die and new pleasure can finally grow.

That is the substance Body Compass was built from.

It's a sacred altar where…

  • your erotic self is remembered and revered

  • your body becomes your compass, not your project

  • your pleasure becomes a political, spiritual, and biological reclamation

  • and your love—yes, your love—rewilds the world from the inside out
