Sunlight falling through a green stem and leaves
Most women I work with aren't short on love. They're short on rest, on being met, on one moment in the day when nobody needs anything from them. A body can't open toward a relationship that feels like one more job. That isn't a flaw in you or in your marriage. It's the conditions around you, and conditions can change.
— Nicole Siegel, Certified Sexological Bodyworker®
This is for you if
You recognize this.
You keep the calendar, the groceries, the kids' everything, and the one person who could share the load has become one more thing to manage
You love your partner, and you can't remember the last time you actually wanted your partner
You've started mothering your partner, and you hate how mothering feels in your body
When your partner reaches for you, your shoulders go up before you've even decided anything
You two feel more like roommates: kind, functional, and quietly lonely
You've had the same conversation about sex so many times that neither of you wants to start it anymore
You've tried therapy, date nights, and books, and the wanting still hasn't come
You want more than getting along. You want ease in your body, real desire, and a relationship that gives you energy instead of taking it.
Why this gets missed
Most advice gives you
more to do.
You need less
to carry.
What usually happens
Advice tells you to schedule sex, buy lingerie, or "just initiate," which hands more tasks to the woman already doing everything
Couples therapy works on communication while your body stays braced in the background
Chore charts split the tasks but leave the worrying, planning, and remembering on you
You start to believe something is wrong with you, because everything you try still feels like effort
This work
Starts with your experience: your body, your nervous system, and what you actually want
Looks at the conditions around you that make desire impossible, instead of blaming your libido
Gives you practices that create real rest and release in your body, so wanting has somewhere to come from
Helps you find your own voice inside the relationship, so you can name what you need and stand behind it
What's actually happening
Your body isn't broken.
Your body is responding
to the conditions.

Nothing about you is inherently flawed, and nothing about your relationship is either. When desire goes quiet, the cause is usually the conditions around you: a mind that never gets to stop, a body that never gets to land, and a relationship that has slowly become one more place you're on duty.

A body opens toward what it associates with release, resource, and letting go. When your partner, your bed, or the end of the day has come to mean more work, your body braces, and nothing opens while braced. That isn't a lack of love. That's your nervous system protecting you.

The good news is that conditions can change. This work helps you find where you're holding, put down what was never yours to carry, and build enough safety in your own body that wanting has room to grow.

What becomes possible
What grows
from this work.
In your body
Your shoulders come down. Rest actually restores you, and touch starts to register as something that's for you.
In your relationship
You stop being the manager of the relationship and get to be a partner in it, with room for desire to show up.
In yourself
You know what you want, you can say it out loud, and you stop apologizing for needing anything at all.
From people who found their way here
What they said
on the other side.
Nicole named something I hadn't been able to articulate — that my exhaustion wasn't separate from my lack of desire, it was the cause of it. That reframe changed how my husband and I talked about both.
— Former client
I thought wanting my husband again would require some big romantic gesture. It actually required understanding what had replaced the wanting in the first place.
— Former client
I came in believing I was too needy. I left understanding that wanting connection with my partner was never the problem. The reframe alone was worth it.

How this work is built
What relationship coaching
looks like here

This work is built on the Body Compass Method™, the approach Nicole created through her private practice and her work with hundreds of people and couples.

Sessions pair somatic practice with relational coaching: your nervous system, the mental load, the patterns you and your partner fell into without choosing them, and your body's own experience of desire.

This is coaching, not therapy. You can work with Nicole privately in Deep Body Sanctum, or alongside other women in Reset Your Erotic Rhythm: The Inner Circle, with or without your partner. Nicole works with women in Austin, TX and online worldwide.

I don't believe anything is inherently flawed about your relationship, and I know your body isn't broken. What I see again and again are brilliant, loving women living inside conditions that make desire impossible, and then blaming themselves for it.

I believe the blueprint for our relationships is the blueprint for society. Relationships are where we heal what the generations before us couldn't, and that healing starts with a woman who gets to rest, want, and be met in her own home.

You don't need to try harder. You need conditions where your body can finally let go.

Common questions
Things women wonder
before reaching out.
Yes. Many women start on their own, and The Inner Circle has an individual tier made for exactly this. Changes in you ripple through the whole relationship, often before anyone talks about them.
Therapy often centers communication. This work goes straight to your body and your sex life, where much of the real information has been the whole time. Many women do both.
Hormones are worth checking with your doctor. Many women get normal results, and that's exactly when this work is most useful: it looks at your nervous system and the conditions around you, not just your bloodwork.
Yes. Single women and women in every kind of partnership do this work. The patterns live in your body, and you can start working with those patterns now.
