Women’s Holistic Health Support

Sex, Birth, Gynecological Challenges, Postpartum

Nicole Siegel Sexological Bodyworker, Doula, Postpartum Healer, Trauma-Informed Professional

True women’s holistic health is way past yoni love, way past pelvic floor physical therapy, past empowerment workshops, and past gynecology or obstetrics care.

I am talking about women caring for women. I am talking about your vagina as an integrated part of your beautiful body.

What I want to see are women being armed with every bit of juicy information they can absorb about their yonis and their bodies.

I want you to move far past unsatisfying sex, past scar tissue from your birth, way past resignation that sex is just painful and that’s the way it is, that you just live with urinary incontinence now and it’s okay because you love your baby. No more.

You deserve worlds more.

Our bodies were made to heal.
They were made to feel vitality.
They were made to have sex, and to fucking enjoy it.

There is so much they don’t tell you in sex ed, at the gynecologist, at your OB/GYN during your pre- and post-natal visits, there’s so much we aren’t taught about how to relate to men and other romantic partners.

Women’s holistic health isn’t just the absence of pain, it isn’t just having “manageable” periods, or treating your chronic UTIs or yeast infections in a way that is constantly destroying your gut flora.

Holistic health is about…

  • Fully inhabiting your body.

  • Being able to fully express who you are in the way your body moves, the sex you have, how you touch yourself, and the touch you request from others.

  • Feeling empowered by your bleed, your anatomy, your body shape and appearance, your pregnancy, your birth, your postpartum, and your life after postpartum.

Signs that you’re in need of holistic support:

Sex & Gynecology

  • Vaginismus

  • Painful sex

  • Painful periods

  • Absence of periods

  • Inability to orgasm

  • Lack of arousal, loss of libido

  • Anorgasmia

  • Accepting your maturing body

  • Confusion about your anatomy- g spot, cervix, a spot, p spot location

  • Hating the appearance of your vulva

Birth

  • Painful sex after birth

  • Loss of connection to sex and the yoni after birth

  • Pain post abdominal surgery

  • Fear of sex after birth

  • Disconnection from your fertility cycle, your bleed, and confusion about how your body really works

  • Fear of looking at your yoni after birth

Postpartum

  • Trouble with episiotomy scar/repair

  • History of sexual trauma

  • Prolapse

  • Pelvic pain

  • Vaginal dryness

  • Not feeling confident about your breasts

  • Difficulty communicating your boundaries with your partner or others after sex

  • Resurfacing of sexual trauma after birth

  • Chronic digestive issues due to stress

I would so love to help.

This is not a magical cure. I don’t have the answers to everything.

What I do have are the tools to teach you how to be in your body, how to support, nurture and nurse your innate need and power to heal yourself.

What I have to impart is a new way of being a woman, a new way to inhabit your body, yoni, and self.

If you are ready to find peace and pleasure in your body again, schedule a time to talk here.

What it looks like after you reclaim your body, your yoni, and your health:

  • Confidence when you look at yourself naked in the mirror.

  • Love for those first drops of blood that come in your moon time.

  • Knowing exactly what you need to change when that familiar discomfort creeps in when you are having sex.

  • Seeing your maturing face, the lines surrounding your eyes and mouth, and loving every wrinkle and bulge.

  • Clarity when you walk into the OBs office, and you know exactly what you’d like support with and what you wouldn’t.

  • A peaceful and powerful pregnancy, despite all the noise.

  • Feeling at home amongst other women, and a complete relinquishing of the disempowering habit of comparing yourself to others.

  • Ease and flow in your romantic relationship, a give and take, a needing and wanting, and sex in your marriage that, even after years, feels new and satisfying.
