Your Erotic Survival Pattern

The hidden pattern running your pleasure life—and how to burn it to the ground.

Take this 2-minute quiz to uncover the unconscious script your body’s been following in bed, in love, and in your own damn skin.

Hi, I’m Nicole.

Certified Sexological Bodyworker. Somatic educator. Erotic Fairy Greenwitch™.
Also: pattern-seer, quiet rebel, and someone who spent years trying to think her way into a body.

Before I found this work, I lived almost entirely from the neck up.

I studied philosophy because I wanted to understand how humans know things.
I wasn’t interested in surface-level questions—I wanted to break down the architecture of belief.
Right and wrong.
Logic and meaning.

I wanted to understand the base code of human nature, the structure of our moral worlds, the invisible systems we all move through but rarely name.

My mind was fast. Expansive. Precise.
It could travel anywhere—into theoretical universes, across cultures, through imagined lives.
But in a room full of actual people?

I didn’t know how to be there.

I now recognize that I’m likely neurodivergent—autistic, most likely.
Not formally diagnosed. But I’ve spent a lifetime feeling like I was missing a map that everyone else seemed to have.

I could read people with uncanny clarity—microexpressions, relational dynamics, subtle power plays. I saw the whole system at once.
But I didn’t know how to participate in it.
The rules kept shifting.
The social cues felt like riddles.
Group settings were chaotic. And small talk? An unbearable waste of breath.

The only places I felt safe were in structures with clearly defined rules:
School.
Philosophy.
Romantic relationships—where there was just one other person to attune to.

Everything else?
Lonely. Disorienting.
I often felt like I was floating slightly outside of the world, watching it happen, trying to reverse-engineer how everyone else seemed to just know how to be human.

And then I found the body.

I found somatics.
Not as a hobby. Not as a spiritual detour.
But as a languagea way back into a world I had never quite been able to touch.

The first time I felt safe in my own body, it was like someone had given me gravity.

I trained as a Sexological Bodyworker® , not because I was obsessed with sex—but because I realized that through sexuality, I could explore the human psyche in the most subversive, disarming, intimate way possible.

Sexological Bodywork® is a hands-on, somatic modality that helps people reconnect with their bodies through breath, movement, touch, and sensation.
It’s body-based education—not performance.
It’s about creating safety through the nervous system, not bypassing it with positive thinking.

For someone like me—deeply intellectual, incredibly attuned to others, but often disconnected from my own experience—this modality offered something nothing else had:
Direct access to the truth of the body.
No translation needed. No performance. No abstraction.
Just real sensation. Real time. Real self.

Sex is where people stop pretending.
It’s where the unconscious leaks through.
It’s where control breaks down—and truth shows up in the body.

For someone like me, who had spent her life decoding systems, that made it the most powerful entry point of all.

So now, I help people decode their own systems.

Their nervous system patterns.
Their pleasure responses.
Their stuckness, their numbness, their shame, their longing.

Not just so they can “have better sex”—but so they can finally feel what it’s like to be in their own experience.
Not watching from the outside.
Not translating themselves for the comfort of others.
Not overexplaining their needs, or suppressing them altogether.

Just being there. Present. Embodied. Alive.

If you know you have desire, but it gets buried under your coping strategies…
If you’re craving intimacy that doesn’t cost your nervous system everything—

Let’s start here.
With truth. With safety. With sensation.

Pleasure is not something you need to learn.

It is an unfolding sequence.

It is the body following the rhythm it was meant to move to, like waves returning to shore, like roots seeking water underground.
